TAN & TAN Developments Bhd is launching Tanamera, the first of a series of private gated residential estates, built around the blueprints established from its successful Sierramas development in Sungai Buloh, Selangor.
These developments will have similar features, such as strict security, innovative landscape and streetscape concepts, perimeter fencing, guard patrols, communal amenities and facilities, but each property will be designed to suit specific market requirements and affordability.
The company said in a statement the 15-acre Tanamera freehold project in USJ Subang consisted of 146 townhomes, made up of two- and three-storey terraced and semi-detached houses.
Heavy emphasis on providing plentiful outdoor living space means that these homes have a combination of terraces, patios and the very popular internal courtyards, which can be converted into interesting koi ponds, water features or simply an internal garden space.
There are five designs to choose from, ranging from RM365,000 to RM478,000 for built-up areas starting at 2,030 sq ft.
''These townhomes are similar to our innovative and well received Courtyard Homes at Sierramas. Residents in Tanamera will also enjoy superb communal amenities and facilities typical of our gated residential estates, such as tree canopied and well-lit walkways, a landscaped park and a swimming pool,'' Tan & Tan Developments marketing & sales director K.C Chong said.
Developed by Outline Avenue (M) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tan & Tan Developments, Tanamera is expected to be completed by July 2005.
