MyProperty Fair Johor 2004 | JB 10 May : MyProperty Fair Johor 2004, the largest property and home fair in Johor which organized by MyProperty Networks Services had successful held at MBJB Indoor Stadium Johor Bahru from 6th to 9th May 2004.
In this four days event, there were 90 booths showcase properties from property developers and home supporting industries which served as one stop centre for public to obtain property and home related information.
This grant event had attached about 20,000 visitors. YB Dato Haji Baderi Bin Haji Dasuki, the Johor State Committee Chairman for Public Work and Housing had invited to official the opening ceremony of the fair and launching of website www.MyProperty.com.my.
Many visitors have giving a lot of praise on this fair as beside having variety choice of properties and other related services such as interior design and renovation, they also can sit in few seminars on feng shui and property law which free entrance which public can gain more knowledge on this two fields. In conjunction with this fair, MyProperty Networks Services also had joint organize together with Persatuan Bulan Sabit Merah Malaysia (Johor Branch) and Lions Club of Johor Bahru Mandarin in organizing campaign blood donation and donate organ.
Exhibitors are satisfy with the result of this fair, one of the developers had sold 11 houses during this 4 days event, amongst the best result they ever gained from the history of participated in property fair. Other exhibitors also received quite a number of enquiries and orders.
The organizer had given 2 prizes for outstanding booth design for developer and non-developer's group which had won by Asiatic Land Development Sdn. Bhd. and Team BJ Design respectively. In conjunction with this fair, the organizer had also given away five 29" TV to five lucky property purchasers through lucky draw and one 29" TV and other attractive prizes to three "Login to Win" contest's winners.
