METROGEN Sdn Bhd, which will launch Phase One of its RM800mil integrated township in Puncak Perdana, Shah Alam this weekend, expects to achieve an 80% take-up rate within two to three weeks of the launch.
Marketing manager, H.L. Soo said that the 400-acre township, known as Bandar NusaRhu, offered a wide variety of housing choices ranging from double-storey link and semi-detached houses, bungalows, apartments and commercial properties.
Total sales for the first phase is RM38.7mil. Phase Two would be launched immediately after Phase One is fully taken up, she told a press conference in Shah Alam yesterday.
Phase One comprises 155 double-storey link houses with prices starting from RM239,800 each for a gross built-up area of over 1,900 sq metres.
''Bandar NusaRhu is also competitively priced at RM125 per sq feet compared with RM150 and RM220, respectively in neighbouring areas such as Sunway Kayangan and Bukit Jelutong,'' Soo said.
The township would eventually comprise 1,767 double-storey link houses,108 double-storey semi-detached houses, 241 double-storey bungalows, 2,270 low and medium-cost apartments, 176 double-storey shop offices and a commercial complex towards the later stages of the 10-phase project.
Bandar NusaRhu will have amenities including kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, a bus station, food courts, recreational park, public clinic, police station, post office, a community hall and civic centre.
''The strategic location of this township, which is easily accessible via the Puncak Alam Highway, Guthrie Corridor Expressway, NKVE and also the proposed new NKVE via Penchala Link is a key selling point of Bandar NusaRhu. – Bernama
