PENGURUSAN Danaharta Nasional Bhd said it has received approval from its directors to participate in its 10th nationwide property tender.

This means that its property subsidiary, Danaharta Hartanah Sdn Bhd, will be submitting bids at minimum prices for all properties except for some, such as the Malay Reserve Land, hotels and shopping complexes.

The tender, involving 190 properties with a total indicative value of RM830.52mil, would close at 12 noon today, Danaharta said in a statement.

Stamp duty would be waived for the sale of all properties in this tender, it said.

Danaharta had earlier announced that a total of 200 properties valued at RM854.31mil would be offered for sale.

However, 10 properties had since been withdrawn from the tender, it said.-Bernama
