YTL Corp Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, YTL Land Sdn Bhd, has agreed to dispose of its entire interest in Lot 10 Shopping Centre and Starhill, both in Kuala Lumpur, to a real estate investment trust to be established, the company said in a circular to Bursa Malaysia.
