Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Bhd has announced the launch of another specific property tender as part of a series planned for this year.

In a statement, Danaharta said the tender offered 41 properties for sale on an ''as-is-where-is'' basis. The offer started on Wednesday and closes on May 4.

Of the properties in this tender, 36 are being offered for the first time, while the other five had been offered in previous tenders.

The 41 properties offered include 19 residential units worth RM7.7mil, seven industrial units worth RM29.2mil, seven commercial properties worth RM15.9mil and three retail properties worth RM1.3mil.

There are also two lots of development land worth RM12.7mil, one office RM5.2mil, one hotel RM2.9mil and one lot of agricultural land RM1.5mil.

Of the 41 properties, 31 are in the central region worth RM57.4mil, eight in the southern region worth RM13.5mil and two in the north worth RM5.5mil.

''We would like to urge interested parties to take a serious look at the properties on offer with indicative values starting from as low as RM72,000,'' Danaharta head of property division, Myrzela Sabtu, said.

''In addition, most of the properties are strategically located within the central region like Selangor, Malacca and Kuala Lumpur.''

Specific tenders form part of Danaharta’s efforts to dispose of properties via the market.
