OXBRIDGE Height Sdn Bhd, a Johor Baru-based property developer, expects to post revenue of RM170mil for the year ending Aug 31, from RM32mil last year.

Oxbridge is a subsidiary of The Renewed Group, a company which hopes to get approval from the Securities Commission by mid-2005 for a listing on Bursa Malaysia by the end of the year via a reverse takeover of TruTech Holdings Bhd.

In a separate statement, the company clarified that Megat Mohd Yatim, who was pictured exchanging documents with Oxbridge Height director Yap Seng Maw after a signing ceremony on Tuesday, is Amanah Short Deposits general manager, not chairman.
