Nusavilla expected to yield RM34m in sales | PROPERTY developer Country View Bhd expects its latest town house project in Johor Baru to yield RM34 million in sales.
Marketing manager Andrew Tan said work on the project with a total of 220 units has started and is scheduled to be completed in 2005.
“We anticipate a favourable response from locals and Singaporeans,” he told Business Times at the launch of Nusavilla town houses in Johor recently.
Tan said the condominium lifestyle is widely accepted in major cities like Kuala Lumpur but the concept is relatively new in Johor Baru.
“We are not only selling houses but also a tropical lifestyle as today’s buyers are becoming more discerning and want more than just a roof above their heads,” he said.
The project is targeted at first-time house buyers, namely Malaysian professionals working in Singapore but living in Johor Baru, singles aged between 26 and 35 years, and young families.
The price of the town houses with a floor area of between 1,165 and 1,635 sq ft ranges from RM143,000 to RM173,000 each.
