Prima Paramount offers terrace houses in the city | PRIMA Paramount Sdn Bhd, a premier housing development company based in Kuala Lumpur, is offering house-buyers a chance to buy a terrace house in the city via its Prima Saujana township, comprising 2,500 terraced and semi-detached houses and bungalows, in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.
Its director Ooi Chee Hong told reporters that the 202-acre self-contained township had good access to Kuala Lumpur through three highways such as the Cheras-Kajang Highway, the SILK route and the Seremban-Kajang Highway in addition to existing main road, the Connaught Highway.
The project also offers 54 three-storey shophouses priced around RM450,000.
According to Ooi, the terrace houses are priced at RM145,000 to RM200,000 per unit.
Ooi said that some 60% of its Mapplegold phase had been snapped up after its soft launch after the Chinese New Year.
Ooi said that the project was conceptualised to encapsulate contemporary living.
''Residents can have access to all the amenities and facilities of city life while enjoying a stress-free and spacious living environment amidst refreshing greenery. Amenities include shopping and recreational facilities, schools, service stations, medical facilities, eateries and hypermarkets,'' he said.
The project, he said, would be the first in Cheras/Kajang area to have fully covered drains and fully curbed roads to provide a green street environment.
There will also a tree-lined avenues and tiled walkways cutting through the three-storey shophouses.
According to Ooi, the food and entertainment centre encompasses a three-level courtyard complex which is the first of its kind in the area.
